Meet our Founder
"When we understand ourselves, we can shape our future."- Sandy Sagoo
Sandy's story is born from a feeling of not belonging, misunderstood and never feeling quite "at home". After a surviving an abusive relationship, the million dollar question was: What now? Who am I, and What do i do next?
Being highly sensory herself, Sandy actively works well with neurodiverse communities, as she understand what is feels like to have a brain that works a little differently.
Her open and bold approach challenges the issues facing us on a global level, and her lived experience of trauma, chronic illness and invisible disabilities; educates us on how this shaped her and how it will shape future generations.
Through her passion of metacognition and decades of continuous analysis, she reverse-engineered her journey and created VIVAAN®; a fluid framework to find your way back.
