Where does your Future Self live?

Vision mapping with a twist

Vision

Freedom. That's what most women say they want. Financial freedom. Time freedom. Location freedom.

But when you push past the face of it; when you ask what freedom looks like, most people go quiet because they don't actually know.

They know what they're escaping but don't know what they're building toward.

This zone is about defining and aligning it to the person you are right now.

What is it

What it is: Vision is the pillar that helps people get specific about who they are becoming and what they are building. It’s the process of giving the brain a clear enough direction signal that it starts organising behaviour, attention and decision making around it automatically.

Who it’s for: You want a different life but can't picture it clearly enough to build towards it. You've lost touch with what you enjoy, want or value outside of roles and responsibilities. You say you want freedom bu you don't know what you'd do with it.

What you get: A concrete version of your next chapter built from your values. Somatic vision mapping that anchors the future in the body; in a direction that feels like yours.

The Science

Visualisation without somatic anchoring is just daydreaming.

Research in neuroplasticity shows that embodied visualisation; where you physically feel the future state in your body, activates the same neural pathways as lived experience.

We're not making a vision board; we're building a neurological bridge to the life you're moving toward.

The Funeral Speech

Write the speech someone who loves you gives at your funeral. The one you’d want.

What did you build? How did people feel around you? What did you refuse to compromise on?

Read it back. Then ask; what would need to be different starting tomorrow for this to be true?

That gap is the vision; and it’s more honest than any goal setting exercise you’ve ever done.
